This is lovely pub friendly,food was good and very good value so I can recommend it.Only wish I had read reviews before going,We went on three occasions,so hoping the parking fine,(Appeal turned down)is the only one I get ,so cannot give 5stars.
This pub is definitely worth a try. We're a family who are quite particular about our eating out so when I say the food was great, it really was. My son and husband had the farmers burger and they said it was better than the Rick stein burger that they had at the start of our holiday. So thays saying something! Fantastic meal. There were 12 of us celebrating a birthday and we had incredible service and felt completely spoilt. We all opted for the Sunday carvery which was delicious and all plates were cleared.
