Probably the best pub in the world
Another great old world local pub. Cosy, but remember to duck...
Lovely oldie world pub. Lots of old pictures on the walls. Good beer and pleasant staff. I would definitely go back.
They don’t make them like this anymore! Proper old fashioned pub with a cozy interior featuring historic photos of the town, landlord was friendly and welcoming, drinks cost as much as you’d expect in a quiet little town, great atmosphere inside with locals and tourists mixing and sharing stories. Visited on open mic night which was certainly an experience not to be missed if you’re frequenting on a Thursday night. Definitely worth a visit. The only drawback was no food but great selection of drinks and some good bar snacks
Great local pub full of nice people
Proper old school pub, decent beer and loads of atmosphere
Very friendly host.
Brilliant pub, a defo must if you're in St
Everything a tradition "local" should be. Old-fashioned, with friendly local customers and plenty of atmosphere
Very friendly pub with good beer

A real pub, very well run with excellent staff.
No food, proper
A proper pub in a proper town ( Don't call it a village ) and they serve Proper Job. Lovely open fires, and friendly and warm staff. Bring a Pasty to eat in.
Great atmosphere, great beer, great place. No food just a proper pub. We welcome the visitors and Ive made a good few mates. Its about the beer and the conversation. What else do you want in a pub.
