The moment we came in we felt so comfortable and welcomed, it's a beautiful old building and the staff were super attentive and friendly!I definitely recommend booking in advance (there is a £10 deposit) but is worth it as does get busy.The food was gorgeous and very generous portions. I only had a bacon sandwich it was very filling and delicious about £9 for price range. WORTH IT!! Stumbled across this pub whilst working locally in the area, that good, we went twice in two nights, fish and chips were that good, I had them twice, in two nights! Standard of food is belting, cannot recommend enough....if It wasn't an 8 hr drive from my house id probably go there twice a week ?

Fantastic local pub. All the staff are fantastic and friendly, and clearly enjoy their work and want to do everything they can for the customer.Wide range of drinks at the bar and a very good menu. Portions are a very generous size, so fab value for money.The food is also delicious and well presented.We look forward to coming again soon, thank you for a wonderful meal ?
