30 mins waiting time. 2 staff.One poor soul makes the food whilst the other ambles around in the background trying to look busy. Usually looking anywhere but the huge queue they can't be bothered to tackle.If you want to see an absolute customer service shambles unfolding before you. This place won't disappoint.

Lazy staff, don't open on time. Came 10 minutes past opening time and there is no staff in sight, doesn't look like they will be opening any time soon. Very frustrating after a long drive.

I was in the middle of asking for the Cheese to be removed and then this Fat King Size Jobs Worth with a eat full of piercings, come rolling over and total refused to do it.The fat jobs worth totally refused to removed Cheese from a 6” Sub sandwich saying it against the law to change it. Never heard such rubbish, maybe I should of ate it and then sued the jobs worth, even this colleague that was serving was surprised by him. So I left him flapping his gums while I walk straight to Burger King behind me.You guessed it. I had the cheese removed

Awful. Bread crumbled, probably because the oven was too hot. A guy, who I assume was the manager couldn't get to grips with a voucher we had (two meals, drink and cookie) The tables and floors were disgusting; moved tables three times. Won't be going back

I visited here yesterday with some very hungry kids. The guy serving was clearly new and had literally no idea what he was doing (not totally his fault he obviously had little to no training. The sandwiches he made were just about edible one was burnt and he definitely must of been on rations we had about 5 pieces on sweet corn a sprinkle of salad and drop of mayo. I then asked for coffee, wish I hadn't. Another gentleman appeared he was super rude especially to the other employee rather than helping him and showing him the ropes he just scolded him making the whole experience super awkward for him and myself. I know its only subway but noone should be treated the way this poor guys was treated. Won't be visiting again.

The man who served me was incredibly rude and miserable……he closed the store an hour earlier than what the official closing time is…..shocking!!

Massive shoutout to the young guy working in Subway today - 1st September 23. I’d been to a family BBQ in Plymouth where I had unfortunately left my baby’s formula. He started crying when in traffic coming over the bridge. This resulted in me stopping for some ready to feed formula. Unfortunately I have a fussy baby who only likes their milk warm, so I stopped once again in Saltash services. Neither Burger King, subway or the travelodge could lend me their microwave to warm the milk. I phoned my partner distressed contemplating a screaming baby in the back of the car for the next hour. I went back to Subway and asked for a cup of boiling water, to mix with the formula so it was warm. I didn’t purchase anything from them but this guy gave me the water, no questions asked. It seems menial but honestly it saved both me and my son so much stress. I cannot thank him enough!

Absolutely disgusting when a toddler needs a wee and when we asked where the toilets are only to be shut when mentioned to a member off staff very shocking reply off “well do you want them cleaned or not” erm off course but surely not at 10am and they wasn’t been cleaned the shutter was locked but the attitude towards us was shockingly bad make matters worse the order was wrong and had no idea about dietary needs when askedKid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly especially towards a toddler asking for toiletsManners are freeParking: Good parkingDietary restrictions: Had no idea about certain questions regarding dietary needs

Its always a pity seeing a run down business,dirty floor,food on tables still from when ever,general disregard for public hygiene.this place could do so much better oh and maybe have a rotor between the burger King and subway staff to sweep up and clean tables..the travel lodge ain't much better.Wheelchair accessibility: Great level in and out for from parking to service

It seems there is less choice after 5pm. There are never any meat balls so we cannot have the meat feast. This is always not a one off.

Looked like it was closed, only noticed it was actually open when eating next door.Went to order hash browns in morning, but there were none. Foods ok.
