The Olde Plough Inn
Fore St, Bere Ferrers, YelvertonA character hamlet pub on the estuary in Bere Ferrers. Sarah (Landlord) was a lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the village over new year so the pub was sometimes closed due to seasonal timings, so best to call if open first.
The food was delicious and we had the fish and chips and the brisket beef topped over chips. The chips looked homemade and yummy! The portion sizes were good priced spot on for the quality.
Log burner for a cosy feel.
Best to reserve a table if more than 2-3 people I’d say.

Bullers Arms
The Square, Landrake, SaltashA lovely quiet village pub with a friendly welcome, great service and innovative menu. We enjoyed a chorizo, fish and bean stew and a goat cheese and vegetable wellington. Both delicious. Standard fare such as fish and chips is available, but great to see some unusual choices. Hubby enjoyed the cask Atlantic Pale Ale and a good selection of wines available.

A wonderfully small, quirky and welcoming restaurant where you immediately feel at home, I cannot begin to describe how beautiful the location is - You have to see it with your eyes to apprecaite the beauty and the history.
The food is exceptional, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and cooked with real care and love. Every dish feels thoughtful, beautifully presented and absolutely packed with flavour.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the kind of place you stumble across once and then keep going back to because it is simply that good.
A true hidden gem and without hesitation one of the best meals I have had in a long time. I cannot recommend it highly enough. ⭐️✨

Brightside Roadside Dining Saltash
Trerulefoot, SaltashI always have a great experience here, and it’s no different this time! The steak & eggs were spot on, and I usually stick to a full breakfast, but this dish blew me away. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was perfect, and it really felt like they cared about making my visit enjoyable. Plus, I adore the teapot and cup sets! Can't wait to come back again soon!

Fore St, St Germans, SaltashOMG!! This is hands down the nicest Sunday roast I've ever had. The cauliflower cheese and swede are the tastiest ever. And the Yorkshire pudding are huge. I honestly can't say there is anything I can say that could be improved. Will definitely be back again and often. Nicest coffee I've tasted it qas like a proper coffee. All round amazing

St Mellion, SaltashWe had the most incredible birthday meal at Crocadon just over a month ago. The attention to detail was simply amazing and we were served personally by Dan who explained every dish and how the produce is grown and sourced. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Notter, Bridge, SaltashWe have just eaten one of the best pub meals ever. What a find. Just off the A38 between Saltash and Landrake, the Notter Bridge Pub is under new ownership. Comfortable furnishings, spotlessly clean, sparkly twinkling lights and charming decor. Within a few miles of my house and oh so much better with new owners. Extensive pub grub menu offers loads of choices. We ate scampi and a seafood mix which was perfectly cooked and served with good humour and charm by the staff . The chunky chips were amazing. Didn't use the facilities but we are told they are great as well!! We will be back soon, with friends. Good luck to you in your endeavours.

The Weary Friar Inn
Pillaton, SaltashStopped here for some food and a drink with our miniature schnauzers and it was fab. The burger was lovely and the portion generous - reasonable price too! They provided a bowl of water for our dogs and even gave them some biscuits.

375 New Rd, SaltashFood was awesome, Hot and Fresh, we telephoned the order through and got a call back to say it would be ready sooner than time given to pick up which was a nice touch so you could make your way to get it so it was not just sitting around getting cold, everything was presented well and plentiful, all in all a great experience would highly recommend,

The chef is first class; useing the very best ingredients; the correct proportions of herbs and spices and doesnt overcook. Their king prawns are the real thing - like lobster tails, very tasty, and their vegeratian dishes are exceptional.

The interior is crying out for some basic interior decoration / design. Please get rid of the dirty conservatory blinds in the roof. Some potted plants around would be a great start. Maybe tap into the Interior Design students at Plymouth Uni, it would make a great project for them.

The Singapore Chow Mein was how it was the first time I had Kuet's.

I cannot appreciate the help of jing enough, as they were truly scrumptious. This employee made the experience for me. I cannot reccomend enough. Keep up the good work Jing ?

Fore St, SaltashThe food especially the fish would have been delicious but it was so badly wrapped for takeaway, it was actually sandwiched in a pile of chips what would have been tasty crispy batter , was in fact a soggy mess. Shame cos it tasted very nice.Parking: Generally hit and miss.
