Massive shoutout to the young guy working in Subway today - 1st September 23. I’d been to a family BBQ in Plymouth where I had unfortunately left my baby’s formula. He started crying when in traffic coming over the bridge. This resulted in me stopping for some ready to feed formula. Unfortunately I have a fussy baby who only likes their milk warm, so I stopped once again in Saltash services. Absolutely disgusting when a toddler needs a wee and when we asked where the toilets are only to be shut when mentioned to a member off staff very shocking reply off “well do you want them cleaned or not” erm off course but surely not at 10am and they wasn’t been cleaned the shutter was locked but the attitude towards us was shockingly bad make matters worse the order was wrong and had no idea about dietary needs when askedKid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly especially...read full review
Its always a pity seeing a run down business,dirty floor,food on tables still from when ever,general disregard for public hygiene.this place could do so much better oh and maybe have a rotor between the burger King and subway staff to sweep up and clean tables..the travel lodge ain't much better.Wheelchair accessibility: Great level in and out for from parking to service
