Very odd I asked if she been serving chips ? Next thing I ended up with some they'd charged me (.I never noticed) ? also asked for change for the pool table turns out it free on this night ?. Larger and coder was a little expensive.,but a clean tidy place ,full of character with a few ghost stories thrown in .Also pet friendly.
Tried the Old Success for lunch 1st as it's the "go to" in Sennen but they were fully booked, so we tried the First & Last and they squeezed us in. The service was top notch, the vibe was inviting and the place was warm, the roast dinner was AMAZING, definitely not your average meat and 2 veg roast dinner, food came out quick and was a decent size too, there was a good selection of alcohol free beers and coffee was on point. Stopped here for a coffee and a coke. Nice little pub, pleasant staff. Didn't have food.It's a dog friendly pub (saw a couple with their dog) drinking water for the dogs too.
