I organised a group of 19 Rotarians from Truro to have our Christmas lunch here. It went very well. There was a varied Christmas menu, which suited everyone, and the price was very reasonable by today's standards - £25 for three courses plus mince pie and coffee/tea to finish with. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch from a brilliant vegan menu. I even had a vegan pudding! A quirky pub with lots of small rooms, a super waitress and a welcoming fire burning. We will be visiting again. Well done to the chef, you are very talented.

Last minute booking for dinner on New Year’s Eve. We parked our motorhome in the car park for the night as they are on the Britstop app and had drinks then a lovely dinner. They had a vegan menu… yay !! Food was delicious and friendly service on what was a really busy night. Cosy and characterful building. Definitely worth a visit.
