Always eat here as a group before the cinema. Good food, busy, but excellent service and good value for money....

Clean, welcoming and warm as per any Wetherspoons!

We really liked this Spoons. Large, open pub with a log fire & relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of seating available. Not sure if it has more than one access. We had to climb a dozen or so stairs which will be an issue for the elderly or disabled.

Don't have the curry. The rice was over cooked and the nan bread was rubbery and wet. Then we asked for replacements and they used chef Mic. We were really put off going back to weatherspoons in St Austell. Also why do they give a knife and fork for a curry. Its always be tradition to use a fork and spoon. So this is a warning ⚠️ not to have any curry.

It's a Wetherspoon pub, admittedly they are all pretty much the same but it's a goodun. Nice and big, usual food but quick service, and the loos are clean.

Always uncomfortable with an attitude barman! Food was not good. Manager lovely. Good prices.

We came for breakfast and I was shocked how clean this place is compared to the other pubs of the same chain we have visited across the country. The food was hot and fresh, service also couldn't fault and I was so pleasantly surprised how nice the surroundings were.

We occasionally go here when we go shopping in StAustell. The food is good and the staff are very helpful.Parking: The council run car park is located next to the pub
