Probably the best oat flat white I have ever had! It was hot, I didn't have to down it in one, it was made with Oatly (the best barista oatmilk) and it was strong but not bitter. Absolutely perfect! The avocado on toast was equally fine, as was the granola. I will be back.

Spent a lovely couple of hours in 108 with my daughter last Saturday. My first visit! Everything was great. The young lady who served us was charming and looked after us very attentively. We both had Avocado and Poached Eggs on Sourdough toast ? perfectly cooked and very delicious! Even though they were busy, there was no pressure on us to leave, so we stayed and had another cup of coffee each!!!

I've had favourite cafes which are a home-away-from-home in the 4 countries and 20 places I've lived for some length of time. 108 is one of my two most favourite. For a moment, I even hesitated if I can move out of Truro because "what will I do without making a stopover at 108 every morning?!" (I did move and I survived :).The coffee of 108 was first recommended to me by a lady who was working in the big coffee exhibitions business of London. Like her, I too thought it was the most consistently good coffee in Truro. I will also be eternally grateful that 108 worked unfailingly through lockdown and is open much earlier than most independent cafes in Truro. The owners and staff there have always felt to me like hosts welcoming you warmly to their house or garden rather than as 'normal' owners and staff. What I've appreciated the most was that it's always felt not the polished professional approach of "how to create the best customer experience and engage the customer in the most effective way" (even if it's consistent with it!) but the welcome of warm, genuine, authentic people. If I wasn't passing through 108, I I would never have laughed that much on so many early mornings.I've rarely eaten there, but this was the place where I first tried banana bread in my life (not being British born) and couldn't believe I've missed so much in life!Full-heartedly recommended!

Absolutely the best coffee in Truro. I’ve come here almost every day over the last year, so I know it’s consistent. Food is also fresh and tasty.

Great coffee shop with plenty of gluten free and vegan options. The coffee is tasty too and I'd rather spend my money here than at one of the big chains. Plenty of seating and there's even a hatch to the outside world for quick takeaways. Will definitely be going there again - highly recommended.

As Australians we have struggled to find good coffee. We stumbled upon this place and had the best coffee of our trip. The trick is to use full cream milk which apparently most cafes don’t use, hence the bitter, watery coffee. Food was very good too and they had banana bread as well. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until another Australian who lives here came in and ordered it. Great little cafe. And it opens reasonably early unlike so many others.

Food was ok, quite basic, it is well overpriced, there are much nicer places to eat at more resonance price

Excellent espresso, and without a shadow of doubt, the very best decaf espresso that I have had anywhere. I live in Spain, where they have lots of the stuff. This was better. Bravo!!!!!
