“Been to this pub a few times for a beer today first time for a meal and certainly wasn’t disappointed really good portions at good prices and really tasty food no complaints from me and the wife certainly be eating again there”

“Thank you Cornish arms for a great Sunday night! We don’t get out much these days but this was well worth it. Friendly local pub with a really nice atmosphere. Relaxed yet attentive service, a varied menu, delicious food served piping hot(venison pie with mash was amazing ) 3 real ales on tap, a range of low alcohol beers for the driver, all of which on top form and a great pool table with good cues and even a cue cloth and chalk!! It was just what we wanted as a quiet night out without the kids. I didn’t notice any screens or gambling machines (bonus!) good music in the background and locals playing euchre and chatting. Thanks again, keep up the good work!”

“Nice hotel but noisy if allocated rooms are at the front. Constant sound of sirens, both police and ambulance throughout the night. However it is close to the city centre, about a five minute drive. Helpful staff and a small but good menu. All food was cooked as requested.”
