The first time I went into this garage I was met by the friendliest and warmest staff imaginable. Unfortunately upon my second visit, I was carrying several items and dropped a drink completely by mistake which my partner and I then rushed to pick up. The staff member called somebody else to man the till while she cleaned it up. She accused me of not being apologetic and not paying for what I had broken, which I in fact had done. Loving that Shell gives me Go+ discounts for my loyalty AND carbon offsets (green washes) all my motoring emissions. The guys here are so often friendly. Only one bad experience among many visits

Great staff but I wish their screen wash had some screen wash in and wasn’t just water. Same with the playing place station. It’s really dangerous and can damage your car if it freezes.
