Never seen a rude customer service its been a month i have been watching this lady , i will call and ask for the car wash if its open but she always tells me its closed and when i pass with in 10 mins its always open and i would even stand outside and call her she would answer fhe same that its broken and not working but actually its working and people are using automatic car wash ,I dont think so shell needs competetors if this type of staff they hire ,, they are enough to give this loss to themHighly shamefull ,

Rated purely on the car wash farce that has been going on for years, now has a brand new facility but it's still a lottery as to whether it's working/ open or not.Even when it's working the staff seem to just close it as and when. Never known a set-up like it!

Classic Shell petrol station, a little small as a park, but it is a little difficult to enter the petrol station due to road works, the pavement and the road are intertwined, it damages the car a little, I hope they will finish it as soon as possible, the service and toilet were clean, it is a region without much alternative so I cannot make different recommendations, but if you have a shell go card, you should stop by.

How rude is the women behind the counter, she seems me in the que of the window serves the customer in front of me and then wonders off to the back not giving a dam. Its the old women at night shifts you usually have, always has an attitude always misreable. Nothing like the old gentle man that was in nights before her.Bad service

Rudely turned away from entering the shop at 22.45, even though the shop should not have its doors locked until 23.00. Had to drive to shell, cornwall services to get the items we needed. Very unprofessional

Haven’t been in this garage in months after being spoken to super rudely for politely asking the (presumably) 50+ year old blonde lady who works there if I could grab a drink from the fridge while she was stocking it. Had my hand shunned away when I tried to reach in the fridge after being huffed at the first time.Only writing this now as my partner went in there today and had the exact same encounter with this woman, only for me to go to leave a review and find that others have also been treated like this and there’s still yet to be any repercussions.

I have never been spoken to so rudely. A staff member had a stock trolley and was restocking the drinks, she was stood in front of the drink I wanted. I politely asked her to pass me the drink, she ignored me, tutted and moved. I said that will be a no then. To which she shouted at me that she has had covid and didn't want to touch anything that a customer would touch....bear in mind she was stacking products that customer are going to touch. She then proceded in shouting at me across the shop telling me all about covid, which was completely irrelevant. Her rudness was compounded by the lady behind the till refusing to serve us and as we left she continued to insult me via the loud speaker so the whole forecourt heard. I have read through some of the reviews and it sounds like the same lady serving. The other lady went into the back room after she had shouted at me. This is not exceptable on so many levels qnd I would appreciate a reply as to why you would let extremely rude and insulting people work for you.
Great staff but I wish their screen wash had some screen wash in and wasn’t just water. Same with the playing place station. It’s really dangerous and can damage your car if it freezes.

Served by an extremely rude and belligerent female member of staff. Large, 60-ish, pinned back hair. Other staff I've been served by there are great, but this one! I now keep driving to the next nearest garage.

Extremely rude woman with blonde hair about 50 ish with the most rude looking face was stacking the shelves. I asked her if she had anymore of a bottle of drink and I had the rudest reply ever. Wont be visiting there again die to her!

The first time I went into this garage I was met by the friendliest and warmest staff imaginable. Unfortunately upon my second visit, I was carrying several items and dropped a drink completely by mistake which my partner and I then rushed to pick up. The staff member called somebody else to man the till while she cleaned it up. She accused me of not being apologetic and not paying for what I had broken, which I in fact had done. She then proceeded to complain about us in front of other staff and customers while we were still in the shop saying “kids hey, and they’re not even kids!” To which another customer responded “they should be shot.” Seems to me like an extreme and abusive response to an honest mistake which I paid for.

As soon as I walked through the door a staff member rolled their eyes at me and tutted. I asked if there was any way to pay by card for the air machine, I was rudely told no and that I'd need to withdraw cash and make a purchase to get change for the machine. When I asked if I'd be able to get cash back as I only had my credit card to hand, I was again rudely dismissed and the staff member walked off back behind the staff area doors. God forbid you break down here with a tyre issue and this is the service you get. What a horrible attitude and contempt for customers.
