Placed an order for delivery, they called me and asked when we were coming to pick it up. Eventually we came to pick it up, got home and there was food missing from the order. Called up and they told me to come back and collect what was missing.. after saying I wouldnt do that I'd just driven already and now sitting down to eat, they told me to "mention this happened next time". Who says there will be a next time after that?!

We went to yak and yeti on 15 December 2023 in the evening to celebrate our anniversary.we went in to check out the place but as the manager approached us in a very rude manner and talked in a very harsh way.I told him we are just seeing the place as we are visiting it first time but he didn't listened to us at all and pointed us to the way out.It was very disrespectful and almost ruined our date night but we found in place in Katmandu restaurant nearby which offered us very good courtesy and respect.The food was delicious and the place was spacious too.we got a complimentary rice from the manager chandra and we had a nice chat later.I gave a good tip in the end as everything from the start to the finish was good.I highly recommend Katmandu place over yak and yeti.I'm replying here for your reply.Like I said in my review we just checking out the place not getting ourselves seated but you thought I'm getting a seat.The manner you insulted me and my wife is not acceptable.Please be very mindful while attending your guest.

Oh this is a fantastic place to eat! Busy and obviously popular with the locals and you can see why. The food is excellent, both in taste and value for money. The momo were the best we’ve had, freshly made and steaming hot. The Royal Chicken main was a delight, very tasty and not an overwhelming portion.

The food was nice, but took ages to come, despite nobody there. Restaurant decor is minimal, therefore the feeling of eating out in a nice atmosphere is very limited.

They delivered delicious hot food for a business lunch at Treliske. They arrived and set up quickly, food was delicious, they were lovely to deal with and got great feed back from everyone who ate it. Will definitely use this restaurant again!

What a fantastic service from Sunny and his team. From start to finish a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for our table of 26 people! The food all came out on time, and was absolutely delicious. Lovely staff and all of my 26 colleagues commented that it was the best curry they’ve eaten. Don’t underestimate how large the space is too, plenty of room for a big group.

Really good food, we had a choice of typical nepalese dishes and I can't say anything but delicious!.shame they don't do chicken momos though. But all in all a must try for foodies.Parking: Find a parking nearest to the place first as leaving your car outside on yellow lines can block buses from accessing the road as its narrow.
