We had a lovely Friday night dinner at Da Kona last weekend. With lots of other places in the area closed for winter, we were lucky to get a table at the restaurant, which is part of the Wyndham Trenython Manor hotel. The dining room is beautiful - its walls are covered in ornate old oak panels (salvaged by the old manor owners from York Minster, we were told). We love this restaurant. Food is absolutely delicious, tastes even better than it looks, which is saying something. Staff really friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

Fabulour restraurant - beautiful decor - amazing friendly and caring staff - fantastic delicious food, what more could you ask for?Also, tonight, Wednesday night is smooth jazz night, so another perfect evening at Da Kona's. Thank you to all the staff throughout. My steak was mouth watering and my partner's cod with the mussles was very tangy and tasty. Looking forward to returning again and again.
