Placed a order for one coffee in which expired to take over 28 minutes for service with myself still going to a member of staff to remind them I was still waiting, alongside coffees are not piping hot but Luke warm at best. Sad really as could be a amazing cafe located in a perfect location on the sea front.

Ordered a smoothie which sounded delicious on the menu but came out the consistency of water having had hardly any fruit put in it. Having paid £4.95 I expected a smoothie made of fresh fruit that tasted nice rather than a smoothie made of coconut milk that didn’t even taste of coconut!

Awful tasteless food, overpriced for the terrible quality, ordered Roasted squash and whipped feta wrap £6.95 mostly consisted of hard chunks of tasteless (boiled/steamed) squash, brown lettuce and a tiny (butter spread amount) of whipped feta, the waffles £7.45 consisted of one fridge chilled cold hard waffle with ice cream... Again hugely overpriced for quality...Customer service non existent with a really couldn't care less attitude....Should have gone to Flo's...... Next time hey

Hopeless staff. First time, ordered black Americano and sausage sandwich. Got white coffee and they forgot the sandwich.Next time, ordered three coffees. Got one, they forgot the rest. When reminded, they brought the other two but one was wrong.They weren't that busy or understaffed, they just don't seem to pay attention or care less.

Great coffee, my husband had a sausage bap & I had a biscoff waffle which was to die for. Service is a bit slow & be prepared to queue then wait for your order a while.

The coffee and food here is good but unfortunately the service is terrible. On two occasions the servers have mixed up our dairy and non-dairy drinks. On the first occasion, we tried reaching out to the Beach Box online but had no response. On the second occasion, when we took our drinks back , they said they would make us new drinks, but they took one of our drinks away and handed us the exact same one back (we could see where we'd drank from and they hadn't even bothered to change the cup or lid - very very obvious). We took it back again and asked for a new one - finally they made us a new drink. Really bad attitude to allergens and customers.
