The coffee and food here is good but unfortunately the service is terrible. On two occasions the servers have mixed up our dairy and non-dairy drinks. On the first occasion, we tried reaching out to the Beach Box online but had no response. Beach Box Polzeath - Nice coffee, shame about one of the staff Last day on an extended business trip nearby and decided on a last early morning walk on beautiful Polzeath Beach where almost everyone was so friendly. Grabbed a couple of coffees at the Beach Box afterwards, lovely coffee but visit was spoilt by one of the young ladies employed there. Hopeless staff. First time, ordered black Americano and sausage sandwich. Got white coffee and they forgot the sandwich.Next time, ordered three coffees. Got one, they forgot the rest. When reminded, they brought the other two but one was wrong.They weren't that busy or understaffed, they just don't seem to pay attention or care less.
