Lovely little cafe, perfect spot to watch the world go by. Recommend the blueberry scones.

We had a stop off in Ambleside while doing the Walkers route from Windermere.Very busy cafe which has very little room to move but if you can take away or get a table outside I’d recommend. It has a great view over the lake and is right next to the ferry ports. We had the fruit crumble (the star of the show), ham and cheese and their tuna panini - all very good.No complaints other than no customer toilet on site.

Fabulous Scones, Cakes and a brilliant atmosphere on the edge of the prom & lake. Only dropped on because the other cafe at The Pier was noted as closed - Still for COVID Lockdown ! ? A far better choice than the outdated and miserable cafe on the Pier. We will be back as soon as possible ?

Visited today. We have been many times and love sitting enjoying the view. Our favourite foods are the apple slice, cherry slice and the chocolate brownie. Today there wasn’t any slices just apple pie. The brownie was caramel brownie. Although they were nice we always look forward to our favourites on each visit. Will the slices and brownie be available again or have they gone forever ?

Stopped off here for an ice cream on the way back to the boat. The cafe is in a great location with outdoor seating over looking the lake. The menu was good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and the ice cream was really tasty with the chocolate dipped top. We could come back if in the area.

Great little cafe with good views. Lovely to sit outside on a nice day, looking over the lake. Food is quickly made. Friendly lad on the till.

Great food and coffee BUT !Would of given 5 stars but unfortunately the customer service I received from the gentleman in the football top seemed more interested in his phone ( that seemed attached to his hand) than he was me. He was literally viewing his phone whilst making my coffee without any thought of his surroundings whatsoever , i find this very rude and poor management. The coffee is good as i have been in a lot during my stay in the lakes but it really isn’t a lot to expect to be served by somebody with good manners. Not sure if he was the owner or not , but if he wasn’t then he's clearly letting the owner down. If it was the owner , then i would suggest you have a word with yourself.

Excellent break after walking from three shires stone as part of the Hadrianic Trail. Coffee was better than some others in the area and the Pannini was excellent. I like that the pannini was not overpriced with added stuff you don't want... Fries etc. You order a pannini you get a pannini and a small salad... Perfect.

I dropped by while in Ambleside and had some tea and cake. I grabbed a seat in the sheltered outdoor area - right next to the lake, and great views. Good for people watching too! Staff were friendly, cake was good, the sun was out - ideal!

Fantastic coffee, our son really enjoyed the hot chocolate. Blueberry scones with rum butter and cream were amazing.

Stopped for a coffee after a walk to Jenkins crag. Lovely little place to watch the world go by and rest. Coffee was really nice just be aware they don't have a WC you will need to use the public toilets which aren't great but ok
