First time here. Easter weekend, restaurant was full but staff worked their socks off to accommodate everyone. Food was excellent ? Definitely be back!

OMG! Hubby and I arrived there on the 30th March 2024. We live/work in Appleby. We were utterly gob-smacked!
We were greeted by lovely very smartly dressed gentlemen as soon as we entered, very polite and helpful.
We were seated at the 2-perspon table at the middle windows.
Background music was just that - nothing deafening or anything.
Food was absolutely scrumptious! Hubby had 2 bottles of J2O and I had 2 bottles of Magners, all 4 were cold and tasty.
All the staff are fantastic, including the chef (s) who really know how to cook top quality food!
It was a fantastic bright happy ambience, we could have a laugh with the staff and we left just before 8:30pm.
We walked in and wobbled out!
Definitely 5 Gold Stars and 10/10 to them and £70.00 well spent!

My partner and I had a meal there about two weeks ago the choice of Indian food was amazing and they have another menu with a twist to it I went for the twist menu as I can get Indian food anywhere I go so opted for this one was absolutely fantastic definitely go there again my wife said it was the best biryani she had ever had well done everyone who works there

What a great find! The best indian restaurant I have eaten in for a very long time. The flavours are superb - worthy of far more expensive venues. Staff are great and Russ, the chef is really passionate about the dishes he serves. I am writing this after my 2nd visit, and I can highly recommend the starters (scallops, dynamite prawns, Hara prawns and lamb rack. Main courses the beef (from the special menu, Jhinga, sea bass are all really tasty. Friends we dined with had dishes that they raved a out. Pricing is really good, and overall, its a great Indian restaurant. Not your usual bang it out in volume. Highly recommend you give it a try.Vegetarian options: Indian food is well suited to vegetarian options and there good options here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Food was the absolute best ever had at an Indian restaurant. Presentation excellent too! What you would expect from a 5 star top class restaurant. Staff were amazing ( especially Mia) So very friendly and attentive. The restaurant now also benefits from an alcohol licence as of 5 days ago.Fabulous place, will definitely be returning.
