“We had a great experience at this particular Joey’s cafe. It’s rustic and outdoorsy which makes it so welcoming and cosy. We visited on a quiet and slightly rainy morning and it was perfect. There’s a car park close by and it’s a great base for a walk.I’d recommend sitting out in the “sun terrace” area which overlooks the lake with a hot coffee and cake. Lots of friendly wildlife such as robins who come sit on your table.The only downside no toilets as such, only a portaloo.”
