Pizza number 3 at trying to find the best in Carlisle. Huge 18" pizza. Had to remove my front window at 2am to get this in. Marios is the only place in Carlisle that is yet to put the prices up. It terms of value and deals it can't be beaten. But you get what you pay for....Chicago Town pizza. Rammed with toppings. Looking decent to look at! Barely cooked at all underneath, very doughy.4/10

This has to be the worst pizza I have ever had delivered. Was supposed to be pepperoni plus with jalapeño, it was a jalapeño pizza and nothing else, even the cheese was sparce.It arrived cold after waiting 90 min, I right to tell them I wasn't happy they weren't Interested and quite rude.Would not recommend

Chicken nuggets arrived for children brick hard, chips were solid too. Worst place to eat. Owner has no manners & speaks to customers in the most disgusting & disrespectful manner. Would not recommend.

So I placed my original order which arrived at 5.30 pm by the time I realised my Donner meat was missing it was 5:33 I called at this time and they said they'd send it out. I called back at 6pm they told me it was with a driver cutting a long story short it arrived eventually at 6:54pm freezing cold.Was a valued customer now an angry customer.

Absolutely appalling customer service! I rang up 3 times to amend my order I placed and within the space of 5 minutes of me asking to amend a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza to a garlic pepperoni pizza, they refused to do as my stuff crust pizza was already made!! How can my pizza be made within 5 minutes of the order being processed? We have been regular customers for over a year and we order multiple times a month and here we are again starting with more problems. They say we have disrespect towards there staff, how? We are finding the company! The manager was constantly arguing and hurling abuse towards me over the phone, threatening to cancel my order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY THINK THEY ARE ALWAHS RIGHT! Will never order from here again and I will swiftly move onto a different company for a pizza.

I ordered a meal deal of two kebabs and a cheesy garlic bread. Pitta bread was burnt and rock hard, don't know what the meat was but it was like leather???
I ordered a pizza and found THREE pubic hairs amongst the olives that are on it. I decided to pick off the first one as I wasn’t expecting to find anymore, but then noticed another two. I phoned to explain the situation to which a girl replied ‘that is impossible, the chef is bald’. I then had to explain to her what a pubic hair is and she replied with ‘do you think we make our pizzas in the toilet’ (seems as if you do). She hung up the phone so I called back. She argued with me and didn’t let me explain and after asking me ‘what do you want me to do’ I requested a refund to which she said ‘no no no we can’t do that’ and hung up for the final time. I can’t believe i’ve wasted money on such scum. I do not recommend to ANYONE. This business should be closed down and staff should be educated on basic hygiene and manners, especially the cow over the phone absolute beast. Absolutely revolting, disgrace. Also just to add the driver sat outside for 15 mins before phoning me to say he had arrived, makes me think we’re they plucking their pubes over my pizza.

23 of us ordered pizza and chips and we got food poisoning. We called the takeaway to let them know and they were very rude and shouted at us saying we were liars! We didn't ask for money back or anything it was simply a courtesy call to make them aware. I don't know which is worse the food or the service! Regardless never ordering from here again.

Excellent value for money have ordered maybe 4 times through Just Eat comes quite quickly. The mixed kebab is extremely good value for money.
