MWD’s is a hidden gem in Carlisle with delicious food and drinks in a warm, cosy and quirky atmosphere. The savoury options have as much personality as the cakes do and the “scone- wich” really is as tasty as it looks. Didn't know this was here but had tried their cakes and bakes elsewhere. So came looking. Lovely little place hidden away.So much dietary availability.I had gluten free pancakes which were also dairy free, so had a decent brunch without the consequences of pain later.Lucas loved his pancakes too.So fluffy and light.Gluten free cheese scone was the absolute bomb, and chutney to die for.Will absolutely be coming back regularly.Amazing amazing place, and manager/owner was lovely...read full review
