Partner and I visited this place about 5years ago when we were on holiday and the food was amazing but afraid this visit was not amazing very disappointing food. partner had tandoori mix grill which was tasteless and dry myself I had fried lamb also bland and tasteless staff were pleasant the look of the place is

Visited last night a table of 6 . Everyone enjoyed the experience and for all every table was full the starters and main dishes were all excellent. This is the best Indian restaurant in the area by miles and excellently run with attentive staff making sure everyone has a great experience

Best Indian I have had there with friends and we all loved the food.Dietary restrictions: Friend who is celiac enjoyed her first onion badji they were gorgeous. Also had gluten free nann which she also enjoyed.Definitely be back

How have I not been here before? My only criticism would be that the naan bread was cut up, prefer it when its whole but the best Indian I have had in Carlisle, food was really good, fresh, tasty and well presented. Staff were professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend, will have to see how the take away service is.

Visited with friends on a Sunday evening. Very busy hadn’t booked but staff very accommodating. The food was very tasty and we shared the various fish dishes as starters. The mains were all very flavoursome and there was more than 3 pieces of meat in every dish . All staff were pleasant and attentive highly recommended
