“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Piece of Home in Kendal! We absolutely love Brew Brothers. Not only is the food consistently amazing — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented — but it’s the overall vibe that keeps us coming back. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and always buzzing with good energy. What really sets Brew Brothers apart for us is the staff. Every single visit, we’ve been met with genuine smiles and friendly conversation. The two South African staff members in particular make us feel right at home their accents, warmth, and familiar customs bring a comforting touch of Africa to the heart of Kendal. It’s such a treat to have that connection, and they're always happy to stop for a chat, which we absolutely love. This place isn’t just a café to us it’s a little piece of home away from home. Thank you, Brew Brothers, for being such a special spot. Can’t wait for our next visit!”

“We stayed at Lyth Valley Country House for a self-catered trip with 17 people, and it was perfect! Phil was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms are finished to a high spec with super-comfy beds, and the views are breathtaking from every angle. It’s an ideal place to rent for a private event or group getaway. I’ll definitely be telling my friends!”

“The Punch Bowl Inn is a charming spot with delicious food and very good service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they even provide coloring sheets for children, which is a nice detail.
The children’s menus are homemade and carefully prepared, and everything we tried was excellent. The cheese soufflé was outstanding, and the cheesecake was just as delicious.
It’s definitely worth the detour. Highly recommended!”
