“Bad experience - Made good. I have updated my review. My order order was placed last week. I tried to track on the useless shop app. About as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. However, here is an update. Marie contacted me and you have to give credit to someone who holds their hands up and admits they made a mistake. Everythinghas been put right and I see changes taken place to ensure this doesnt happen in the future. Well done.”

“Very popular place, I always go when I visit Keswick. The Tortillas are really nice. This is the only place I drink coffee, as I'm not much of a fan, but love them from the bakery. Staff are friendly and efficient. I imagine it's full on for them, as everything is baked on site. One staff member I remember although not her name (blonde hair) is always pleasant and helpful. Give it a try.”
