We popped in for a quick coffee and a teacake. We went and sat upstairs. Upon arrival we were advised that there would be a wait due to staff shortages. We decided to go ahead as we only wanted something small. We certainly did wait, to the point we nearly left. Everything seemed rather disorganised. Good marker for a cafe is their cream scones, and Bryson's did not disappoint. Would have pictured the cappuccino but that went down within mere moments. Will definitely return when we inevitably visit Keswick in the future!

Only popped in to get a cake to takeaway but the staff were very friendly and the place had a lovely display. I ordered the fresh cream Victoria sponge cake which was a very reasonable price for the size of the slice! It was one of the nicest cakes I've tasted, highly recommend!
