Highly recommend! Fantastic Sunday Roast, had Lakeland Beef Brisket, cooked to perfection. Enjoyed Sticky Ginger Pudding and custard for dessert. Will be visiting again in the future, can’t wait.

My husband had a Cumberland sausage and egg buttie with a side of chips and I had a cheese toastie that came with tortillas coleslaw & salad and we were extremely impressed! The food was very tasty and a very good portion, the ambience and customer service was excellent and its very clean. They had specials on the board and a veggie curry which I look forward to trying soon! Called in Saturday lunchtime on my way to Keswick. WOW ! What an amazing place - scenery, food, staff …. everything ! Staff were so lovely, even made my little dog feel genuinely welcome! Lunch was great - a huge portion of scampi with chips and salad, cooked and presented beautifully. Greed then got the better of me - and I’m glad it did ! I then had a delicious sticky toffee pudding with custard …. yum ! I will be back as soon as possible !
