Having stopped off here once before on the way to Scotland. I was lucky to arrive in between their current opening times 5-00 to 7-30 pm (Friday & Saturday)and ordered cod and chips. Lovely. Cod did not have the skin on it and you can order half chips if you want. Even wrapped in newspaper. Can't wait for the cafe to open properly.
Another tasty little hidden gem. Best fish and chips I've had in ages. Chips were perfectly cooked. Everything else was cooked to order, so all was hot, fresh and delicious. Was nice to see haggis on the menu, and I absolutely love their curry sauce. Really hoping to visit this place again before we leave.
