Coffee lovely, cakes and sandwiches way over the price - ridiculously

I've just recently moved to Penrith, and go in Costa most days. The staff are really nice and friendly, the service is great, and the coffee is absolutely bob on.

It's a place we visit regularly and enjoy chilling over a coffee upstairs when it's quiet. The staff are friendly and know us fairly well, which makes the visits familiar and chatty. It does get very busy at times (which we try to avoid). The food is typical for the brand - sadly there isn't much focus on food for people with health issues (eg. low-sugar for diabetics)... They do the low sugar syrups which is nice though. My only gripe about Costa stores which really let them down are the toilets ! They are not very nice to use and always have a wet floor. The designer hasn't thought things through as the sinks are often so close to the toilet, it makes manoeuvres quite tricky !Vegetarian options: There are a few veggie options for sandwiches etc which is nice although they often sell out fairly quickly.

Love me a costa coffee. No complaints whatsoever.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk choices are available soya is free, all other cost extra. Sandwiches are clearly labeled. Pasty selection has little labels upfront but if you're unsure just ask the staff, they'll help ya out.

Awesome cafe, very clean, good coffee. You can tell people work hard to keep it that way
Nice little costa not as tidy as most, but they only appear to have 2 staff working there buts off. Overall, very pleasant people and placeWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly

Simply awful. So called egg mayonaise sandwich was cheap bread, no trace of mayo and less than one egg content. Couldn't eat it. Cheese and tomato toastie - cheap bread and cheap ingredients. Hardly tasted of anything. Gave up after eating half of it. My first and last visit to a Costa
