Food is always nice but bad services by one driver in particular scams you out of money twice this has happened by the same old guy first time we didn't really kick up much of a fuss but this time was different our food was £34.70 I think it was but gave him extra 10p so he said I'll just get the change from the car but we said oh it don't matter keep the change not long after he proper bangs on the door demanding more money off us saying we haven't given him the correct amount when we did as that's why he was originally going back to give us change back I don't really understand why this has happened he wasn't even nice about it he had horrible attitude. So therefore we got bit miffed off about that did not help the situation with his horrible attitude and got told to order by card next time.

Ordered a pizza the guy misheard me then argued with me on the phone saying I ordered a 2 topping pizza when I asked for pepperoni passion. He exchanged it for me but the pizza was burnt. They was drink customers swearing asking me for food ect whilst I was there with my child waiting. The staff said nothing to them they were swearing totally drunk early in the evening it's disgusting.

Terrible terrible customer service. We waited for over an hour for our order, phoned up to check the driver hadn't got lost as on the "track your driver" feature it showed the driver had been literally into our close and then left again.The man we spoke to was incredibly rude and kept saying our order was in the oven. We asked him to confirm what the order was incase he was getting us confused with another order - as ours said it was out for delivery etc. He then pretended he couldn't hear me and just kept snapping at me and offering to just cancel the order.I asked him to confirm what was happening and he then admitted our food had been dropped on the floor and apologised?! I then asked to cancel the order and he took great delight in telling me that my refund would take 2-3 days to come through.Disgusting lack of customer service from the store. We've been in touch with their centrally managed customer services.We definitely won't be going here again.

The past two times I've been here (both in the same month) me and my partner have had a incredibly bad stomach the first time we had just assumed we'd ate too much, but the second time looking at the state of the pizza (covered in grease) I'm putting it down to the way it has been made. Omce again the pair of us have had the worst stomach ache.

Ordered 3 large pizzas very quick service not a good thing since pizzas wernt cooked propally had bad stomach for 3 day thought I might have a bug tried pizzas again same bad stomach under cooked iff you want a good pizza go to pizza piato you want good poisoning go to dominies I won't IV been to alot off dominoes never any problem but penrith one is complete joke bunch of cow boys and delivery drivers don't even speak English I'm not a racialist but maybye they should learn the language
