Came here for a Too Good To Go bag. I was served this, with 2 sandwiches and a baguette. Quality food. The only thing I would say is, an older member of staff being more experienced that came to see me had better service skills. Not to fault anybody except there were younger less experienced staff at the tills. A good thing as I believe everybody has to start somewhere, however too many means companies are often paying less and an also experienced customer has to put up with dealing with one. One thing to teach them is ensuring work is done and ready.

I do love greggs but I hate when they leave the pasties for so long they are practically cold. Surely they can reduce this to half price and then put out fresh ones. At least the customer would know if it’s cold.

Called into Penrith Branch for a coffee at 6am on my way to work.Whilst ordering my Coffee, seen a member of staff bring out a tray of freshly cooked Sausage rolls.I asked if I could have one.Really disappointed to be told NO they where for bagging.Come on Greg's Really ???

What a really nice Greggs in a fab location, in the old marker square in Penrith. Food regularly topped up, friendly staff, staff kept it clean and tidy. Excellent food choice, very popular with locals and visitors. Lovely views and a great place to chill. Phone signal, bit of an issue.

Standard Greggs, opens nice and early so I can get a brew and bacon roll when travelling South for work every few weeks. Friendly staff and generally clean place. Cheaper than stopping in the motorway which is a bonus.

Confusing and expensive meal and poor seating area. Struggled to get out of the shop after eating without barging into people.

Only sooo short staffed!!

Waited 20-minutes for a coffee. One person working service on an extremely busy Sunday.
