Absolutely lovely stay and will definitely be returning.
Warm and welcoming staff, very polite and attentive, particularly Moses and John who are a credit to the hotel!

We had afternoon tea there on Friday. Is was beautiful and very good value for money. Lovely atmosphere. Great staff, all were very friendly. Excellent service. Lovely and clean. Nice and warm as the weather outside was grim. Excellent food. Well done The George Hotel. What more can I say. We will definitely be back. ???

Enjoyed a fantastic 2 nights stay. Had everything we needed. Lovely spacious dog friendly accommodation.. Also great base for Town Centre walks and access to Penrith. The Dog beds and dog bowls was a treat too for my TRIPLE PACK.
