It was fine. I could have done with a real roll of toilet paper. The tissue toilet paper was not so much fun. Everything else was fine.

It was a casual hotel with a laid back eatery. Great location and a fantastic breakfast. Would come again.Rooms: Clean and functional, nice and quiet and luxury.

Great Central location and friendly staff. Easy parking right outside. Rooms basic but tidy enough.

Good as ever, nice being in the town centre , but really quiet as well . Windows don’t open , which is annoying as the room was a bit stuffy .

Use elsewhere if possible, sad to see Premier Inn on the decline, this hotel has real slow and poor service, microwave menu, drinks on the menu not in stock apparently.

Stayed last night and had a great experience and superb value for money. Easy parking which is free right outside. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean, beds super comfy. Usual tea, coffee and soaps in bathroom. Shower hot and powerful. Did the £18.99 meal deal so got 2 courses and a beer plus breakfast. Was a bit initially disappointed when I read the dining menu was restricted compared to other Premier Inns I've stayed in, but tbh fish & chips while oven cooked was good, choc brownie & ice cream lovely. Staff serving (who were duty managers) very good and we had place to ourselves. In 2023 for the money how people complain is beyond me. Breakfast was great, hot food, fruit juices, pastries, pancakes, great coffee, porridge made for the wife. No waiting, Staff great. Overall can't fault the stay and all Staff excellent.

Disorganised. Room not ready at 3.30pm. When we were advised it was, we found it hadn't been touched by housekeeping. Bed not changed, sofa bed and fold up bed still made up from previous guests. Cleaning materials on vanity unit. We were given another room. No hot water for shower on the Sunday night. Discovered on Monday morning that we had hot water, but only 1 bath towel for 2 of us. Had to go to reception in my pj's for another.

Very bike friendly can take bike to room. This removes a lot of stress and hassle when planning cycling trips as it makes it very convenient. Rooms decent size and comfy, nice early (6.30) breakfast for a tenner which was good for a well fuelled early start.

Great hotel, nice rooms, nice staff, nice food and great breakfast options.Let down a little by constantly having to wait for cooked breakfast items as the chef didn't really seem aware that the hotel was so busy, either that or didn't have the facilities to make enough food at one time for a full dining room.Loads of parking.

Good parking, clean and tidy but I’d avoid the in house restaurant for dinner as they only offer a scaled back menu. I mean, come on, Tortilla chips with dip! Basically a bag of crisps in a bowl. Why not offer a proper Nachos?Despite this, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had ‘man flu’ during my stay and Erika went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Thanks ?

Lovely hotel. Lee was very welcoming and very profesional, even though he only been there a week and very busy, only down side of the hotel was the size of the food menu. It was very small. Still great hotel.Regards leeRooms: Very large comfy rooms

Clean, comfortable family room - exactly the reliability you'd expect from Premier Inn. Staff went out of their way to make our two boys feel welcome - clearly have a lot of pride in their

The menu looked like a microwave menu. I asked a staff member, who confirmed it was. Didn't even try, just got a refund.
