The actual coffee area was excellent. Very clean and staff really on the ball. The problem was in the toilet area. I need to use the hand rails in the disabled toilet. The handrails here were really quite grimy looking and did not appear to have been properly cleaned in a long time. The whole rail requires to be thoroughly cleaned not just a small area in the middle. This is a very nice coffee shop but I was really disappointed to find this problem in the toilets.

One of the few places open in Ulverston last Sunday! Usual good range of drinks and nibbles. We both had bubble tea type things which were very welcome after a visit to the monument.

Visited with a friend yesterday. Only one very hard working young man serving. He was polite and pleasant despite being busy. However we had to leave after 15 minutes as he had his lunch break - well deserved but come on Costa. More staff needed especially at peak times but very well done to the young assistant.

Well done Kay and crew !! Wow.. I arrived in Ulverston as I'm currently walking the entire UK coast path solo for the RNLI with my Big agnes tent Aggie since July 4th 2020 over 7,500 miles walked. I walked into Costa and felt unjudged but my huge 23kg backpack and Muddy boots infact I was made so welcome offered coffee and food and a place to leave my backpack so I could pop to the shops to get I much needed phone wire. The food and coffee was fabulous and kay should be commended xxxx

I have totally given up going here. There is no heart at all and it shows in the drinks, so bland and tasteless. It was originally worth the £5 i was paying for the specials, but the staff really do not care anymore and I have been so dissapointed with the my last handful of drinks, so sad as this really was such a treat for me.

Nice place. Could do with a bit more heating, mainly cos it fogs up the glass when it's cold and looks a bit grim. Lovely staff.
Had a hot chocolate which was ok.. lots of tables needed clearing and the whole place felt a bit neglected ?
Good selection of bakes and cakes on offer to compliment great selection on beverages. Friendly staff nice compact store.

Great coffee and staff. There was one staff person in duty but she was a star, like a blur working hard and really friendly.
