I may be biased since my mum owns the place, but it's a very quaint cafe with friendly staff and tasty food in a scenic part of the Lakes District. Go to the Laurel and Hardy museum then head here for lunch, day sorted.
Called in for breakfast as we had left our holiday cottage early. We enjoyed the cooked breakfasts at very reasonable prices and had the additional surprise of a visit from some local cavemen! Very friendly service.

Had a few days nr ulverston and always have a breakfast somewhere . Looking at the reviews i decided on the market cafe . Had the large full english was lovely , cooked to perfection gd quality too . Tea and coffee where very gd too my partner had a toasted teacake which was very gd too . If u want no frills gd quality food this is the place .
