I found this lovely place by chance when looking for somewhere to stop off the motorway. We received a warm welcome to a cosy pub at the heart of a community.Really nice food and very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to visit! ?
This was a lovely little pub, cosy and warm with a really lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff were great, the customers at the bar all said hello as we came in. The dining area has been tastefully decorated and the tables are well spaced. The food was amazing! It's proper pub food but done really, really well. The pie was to die for! The prices were really reasonable as well. All in all it we had an excellent time and would highly recommend.

Didn't have food but made welcome the moment we walked in the door excellent service good range of drinks and very friendly locals, lots of things going on leek/ flower shows quiz night. Wish I'd had more time.
