Had a lovely meal apart from a lady who coughed constantly without covering her mouth on the adjacent tableWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible for a wheelchair user, I had to help my wife up the steps, there was a rail to the right going in which was helpful

Overall..dreadful. Margarita cocktail was rimmed with table salt, yuk. Mainly the staff were ok. Starters were alright but main course was shocking. Cheap ingredients, menu read nicer than what was actually delivered to the table I.e I ordered Rigatoni and was given cheap Penne pasta. "Large meatballs" as read on menu came as tiny meatballs and the meat was unidentifiable. Both mains were clearly blasted in the microwave...just poor.

I mean, it's OK. I had pizza and my wife had pasta. A sharing antipasto to start and we also had 3 pints. It came to about £65-70 which I wouldn't mind paying for a nice italian but the food was average. It wasn't homemade pasta, the lamb in the pasta was mince which is to be expected but it was crumbly like what you get when you drain and reheat lamb mince. The pizza was really nice but it was a pizza.In summary, I'm sad that there isn't an authentic italian in whitehaven. The food here is just about better than wetherspoons but its about double the price.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Paid extra for the thin and crispy Romana base, it was thin but not crispy, to say it was the best part of half an hour to come it should have been very crispy.

This conveniently placed restaurant was a real find. Nice surroundings, not over busy and room to be comfortable. Also easy access if you have some mobility issues. The staff were lovely and attentive without being too overbearing. Great choice of dishes. We both enjoyed our starters and mains. So fresh and tasty, it felt like someone had pride in their dishes, did not feel like bulk cooked. We were both too full for desert. There was a good range of reasonably priced wine and the bill seemed really good for the standard of food that we had eaten. We left feeling very happy. It would be a definite booking on our next visit.
Honestly, it was okay. I was expecting it to be better, I was expecting to be home made, or at least fresh brought pasta for the price. It was dried pasta. I make my own and it is inexpensive and relatively simple and something an Italian restaurante that charges £16.95 for a bowl of powdery mince and pasta, ought to really provide. The serving staff were lovely. I was disappointed with the food.

We ad a nice meal in pleasant surroundings . Service took a while due to a large party before us. We were hungry so frustrating, but staff were apologetic and friendly. The food was nice and tasty once it arrived.

Ordered a takeaway at bang on 5.30, opening time, z just had the basic chips, pizza and garlic pizza. Waited and hour and 20 minutes for delivery and when it came the chips were limp and not great. Kids enjoyed the pizza, but it was cold, the chips were actually hot though. Not the best food I’ve ever eaten and probably won’t order again. I appreciate it’s a busy Saturday night but jeez. My daughter loves the place and she’s a takeaway addict but wasn’t the best for me. The staff were polite when I rang and enquired where it was so not hate on them. Just wasn’t great food.
