Absolutely stunk of horse faeces and when asked why i was called childish, asked to speak to the manager and it turned out it was the manager who called me childish, utter disrespect and disgusting

Yet again I drive home after being stuck in the parking bay for ages ,as I had requested plain cheese burgers , and what do I find yet again ,which seems to be a weekly occurrence at this McDonald's, was the burgers full of relish and onions , the money I've wasted at this place is unreal.Can none of the staff read !!!!

Im usually patient and not one for complaining but similar has happened so many times now I am.7.40 am wed 15 nov 23,sat at drive thru alone waiting to be served just myself waiting for a good 8 to 10 minutes,two other cars filter past me into the outside order point and get served,I eventually just drive round to the payment point to place the order and im virtually called a liar by young man after I ask if the anyone is serving at point No 1,this angered me hence this review,beware.

The queue for the Drive thur was short but toke forever to get served, once we got to the collection window was told we had to pick other drinks as milkshakes weren’t available, I asked for a refund as we didn’t want other drinks. The young blonde girl was very snappy and said we had to pick other drinks and I explained I wanted a refund she came back with £4 98p less than the drinks cost but I couldn’t be bothered to argue. Once our order got passed to us I realised another item was missing, I raised this and the young girl literal had a tantrum and told me I had to go around again, I refuse as all of our food would be cold and ruined by that time. She stormed off so I asked another staff member to call a manager over he called out the name louis but he never came over, finally the young girl returned launched the missing item and me and told me take it and go!! I was in absolute shock at the rudeness and behaviour of the staff and will be raising this with head office.

If I could rate lower I would.I heard that they suspended a member of staff when I was ordering food, and that this was over some sort of misconduct towards others. That member of staff hasn't been in for a good few weeks aswell, so how that is possible, I don't know. Absolutely corrupt. I won't come back upon hearing that. I knew mcdonalds staff were treated badly, but like that? Shocking really.

It was okay, The only issue I had was a member of staff coming up to me, I had my headphones in and didn't see him until he was walking off then I took out a headphone and heard him saying to a manager "I've told him" but I've no idea what I was told.Vegetarian options: McPlant, veg deluxe, veg dippers or fries
Ordered food didnt turn up. Had to ask where my food was. Fries not cooked and had to send back. 2nd lot of Fries not much better.Service was laim as had to ask to be served as they were talking to each other

Terrible customer service. Mc delivery missing half of the order. Phoned up and told they wouldn’t do anything about it. Ignorant staff and the food we did receive was cold.

Good food, served hot, very quick collection.
