Probably one of the best cappuccinos I've had. We drank our coffee outside on a table watching the world go by. We haven't had anything to eat yet but the food looks good. Recommend for a coffee anytime..

Nice experience, one of the best restaurants to dine in Windermere. The food, although not genuinely Italian, was really tasty, and the portions are definitely sufficient! The only drawback is that it is a bit overpriced (£16.50 for a pizza for one person), but that's a general issue in the Lake District. Overall, I would recommend checking this place out!

Great place to relax, unwind and eat good food! We had a main meal and dessert with a bottle of wine. This restaurant not ony provide fantastic food, the atmosphere and setting is so cosy. Service is fantastic too.

We visited here with no booking. They seated us straight away. The food was completely delicious. We both said how lovely it was. Ambience is nice. Prices are good for the very good quality. Portions are very generous. Just had a really good time here.

Stopped off here this evening for a drink outside as with our dog. We were asked if we were joining them for food. We said we just wanted to have a drink for now. We were declined as were advised all seats were reserved for dining. Even though there were around 6 to 7 tables outside with nobody sat at them.We said no problem, but asked could our 10 year old daughter use the bathroom before we leave. He said there is somebody in it, so I showed my little girl where the toilet was from outside and said you can go when they leave. The staff member stood in front of the door to prevent her from entering and said our bathrooms are reserved for guests only, if you want a drink there is a bar up the road, so on we went.However I did find the person who spoke to us, rather rude and arrogant.We did have coffee here yesterday and it was ok. However now we certainly won’t be going back again no matter how desperate we are for coffee or food .Shocking service especially when there were plenty of empty seats and tables.Brown sugar is by far a better venue with helpful and friendly staff !

We ate here last night as we're staying just down the road and it was perfect. We sat upstairs on the heated balcony. The waiter was very friendly with great personality who made you feel like you were in Italy. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and very quick to the table. The wine was beautiful and well worth the visit if you're in the area.

Went here for a casual Thursday night dinner. Recommended by our Airbnb host. Staff were friendly but food wholly overpriced!!! Very average vegetarian pasta dish for £16. Absolutely baffled that every pasta was the same price. Portion size wasn’t generous and did not feel home made. Felt like you could have made the same dish at home for £2 max. Also, this place is closed on Wednesday.

We sat outside as we had the dogs with us, a lovely experience and warm enough for us as the heaters were on. A very professional, friendly staff team. Efficient and accommodating. A good menu, plenty of choice, excellent produce, well cooked and filling. Thank you, we’ll be back.
Great food! We went early evening as a family, staff really attentive, lots of choice on the menu, there wasn't a kids menu but when we enquired they could do majority of the adults as a kids portion. Carbonara was great and didn't skimp on the cheese for the pizza. Would absolutely go again when we visit again.

Absolutely fantastic meal. We had two different types of pasta as mains and the tiramisu for desert. Literally couldn’t fault it. The staff were very good and can’t recommend highly enough.

With a great welcome and farewell The food was good - we had pastas and pizzas - if I’m totally honest not the best I’ve ever had but it was good! Worth a look

They have a big selection of all types of cuisine- which makes me question the name of the restaurant at first place. The pizza is way too average and the food is generally overpriced for what you get. The quality of products are also questionable as we both felt bad after eating the pizza which is quite unusual.
