I ordered a beef burger with caramel used onion, goats cheese, relish and garlic mayo but it came without the onions or the mayo. The other order came without burger sauce. Both orders came without the salad we asked for and both were very salty. The leafy greens that came with my halloumi side were limp, dry and tasted awful. Overall, really not impressed. £13 burgers and I would have preferred to make myself or buy a McDonald’s.

Reasonably priced cafe with a good selection of lunch items, bagels, wraps and lunch bowls. Good for counting calories as lunch bows have options to select protein, sides and sauce. Coffee and milkshakes available, hidden off of main high street up Packhorse Court. Dog friendly and free wi-fi available. Only issue we found was no hand soap in toilet, minor issue for such a lovely place! Would recommend for couples or small groups, not lots of seating however take away was available.

I stumbled onto this place with my sister and brother in law. The food and service was fantastic and we kept telling each other that was good food and absolute value for money BUT what’s the name? All three had forgotten the cafe’s name, we were trying to find the receipts too, it bugged me so much and I have been googling for days now, finally one week later I found it online. Kudos to the team at Packhorse Court, Keswick.

Had my first meal from you last night. And it ABSOLUTLY GORGEOUS ?. There's no food diversity in workington and iv tried a few takeaways since living up here. You are now my Go to for quality tasty food 100%. Well done ?

Went to the Keswick branch today. The young lad behind the counter was lovely, genuinely happy to be doing his job and was really helpful with good knowledge of what was what with the food / menu. Service was really quick and food delivered with a smile. Food tasted amazing, cooked to perfection! All calorie counted. Little gem will defo be back.

Very nice place my friend had a christening here.

Great food, huge portions, process decent for what to get. All food freshly prepared. Staff were excellent and very attentive. One thing.... There were quite a few flies in window seated areas which spoilt the experience hence 4 stars instead of 5

Mediocre food, disinterested staff.Waited 50 minutes for my food to arrive to the table. 10 mins later everyone else had theirs arrive. I didn't get any garnish as they had ran out, but the other 2 did get it with theirs. I had no sauce on mine, like it was supposed to so had to ask for this. One of the other dishes was completely wrong. Not once were we asked if everything was ok during the meal, and not whilst paying.Won't be in a hurry to return, and not worth the money!

Lovely place - decor was nice and music was good. Food was OK, but (probably because it was towards closing time) we had to get our own cutlery. Meals were also served at different times (not just ours, all 3 tables who were eating at the same time). Salad had seen better days and chips were unfortunately cold.

we hired the hungry Caterpillar for my son's christening yesterday. The staff were really helpful and accomodating and the whole place has recently been refurbished so looked lovely. it was really clean too and the play area was a good send for the little ones! would highly recommend.

The food is average at best with the bagels being unsatisfactory and the £5 ‘cheesy’ chips being cold and barely cheesy. The real problem here is the service. After booking upon entry we were told a half an hour wait for burgers. However they didn’t feel the need to tell us a wrap and a bagel would take over an hour to arrive half cold. The waiters seemed stressed so were unfriendly and the whole experience was poor. Would think twice about recommending or returning due to bad service (times and manners) and average food.

Sorry but you have to order through love food app found frustrating as I was outside shop said it had to deliver but not to my area, price of salard bowl was expensive, so gave up and did not order. Shame as I heard good reviews may try again when they open fully and change score on experience.

Fantastic food and lovely staff! A great variety for health conscious people and for those who want to have more of a cheat day too. Great idea with a well executed menu on the restaurant side as that's all we tried. My only gripes were the wait time was pretty long and staff weren't informed of things that had run out when ordering. Toilets were clean, but broken door locks and seat. However they were very good to us and made up for any issues, especially with the food making it definitely worth the wait! Will definitely visit again, many thanks!
