Female server refused to let people sit down chairs on the tables whilst she was sweeping 45 minutes earlier. There is frost and snow on the ground. Couldn't even sit with my food and drink to warm up. Awful customer service.

Called in the afternoon and was served by a helpful and courteous young man, named Ryan. Quality and welcome both excellent.
Food was stone cold. It was not very appealing.
I loved it the staff was friendly with my disabled mother and me so happy and will visit again ???
