“Just beautiful! Absolutely loved it! The food, the ambience and the service. A great place for a catch up, going for a meal or just enjoying a drink. The venue has a few different rooms creating a different vibe in each one. We were placed in the orangery. Great in the summer but can get quite cool in the autumn/winter months.
We were enjoying a meal for a staff member leaving. I specifically asked for an area near the pizza oven but unfortunately this was not granted. However the meal was lovely. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and had a great evening. I’ve been here twice and both times it’s been a great experience. Thank you. ?”

“My wife and I stayed just one night at this lovely country pub/hotel. Although only a few miles from Derby the village is a quiet and peaceful place in the countryside.
Our evening meal at The Cow was delicious and hot. The Full English breakfast was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend.”
“Nice cosy country pub. We arrived towards the end of lunch service, and the staff accommodated us without a fuss. The Pie of the day (lamb and mint) was delicious. A good selection of drinks and beers. Highly recommended.”
