Absolutely cracking pub with a proper old world feel, cannot fault the beer, environment or service!

Absolutely a star pub well worth a visit; more than plenty of ale and cider

We had a really nice time at the Poets. Lovely atmosphere. Great beer. Roaring log fire. We will be returning very soon. Definitely recommend.

Loved this pub - a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere - the buring fire and smell of the burning wood was just so atmospheric ? we will return ?

Really nice pub run by friendly folk a couple of miles outside of Belper. Serves a good range or real ales , ciders and perries. A couple of nice snugs one of which has its own serving hatch which is a rarity! Lovely pub worth seeking out. Dog friendly and very welcoming! ? ? ? ? ?Parking: I had no bother finding a spot on the street
