I was surprised to see the bad reviews for Jade Garden i cant comment on the premises as i only ever order takeaway but every single order over the last 5 years has been delivered in good time by friendly staff and the food has been amazing...tasty and piping hot with no hygiene issues. They are always busy in the phones but have a very polite young girl taking the orders. Highly recommended! A++++++

Never had a bad takeaway from Jade Garden, their food is beautiful, chow meins are delicious, salt and pepper anything is always so good. Great takeaway, delivery time is always before expected and the delivery guys are always lovely.

Completely impossible to order online. Cannot access the menu. 'My' basket contains a can of 7Up even though I haven't ordered it, and I cannot delete it. I have never used the website before but it tells me there is an account associated with my emsil address. Of course I don't have a password as I don't have an account, but played along and tried to reset it. Impossible. AND there is no phone number to contact the premisesTotally unacceptable.
