Poor quality food.Chicken sweet and sour was awful. Crispy lamb in spicy was not crispy or spicy.Doubt it was lamb.

A large order placed for a special occasion. There were missing items on the order with little or no compensation. The food quality was poor and obviously items were reheatedI will not be recommending this restaurant and if this standard continues customers will not be returning.

Such a pity as we were really looking forward to this weekend. A 70th birthday weekend with a family group of 10. We ordered our food at 7.30 and estimated delivery at 9pm. Fair enough, it's Saturday night. 9.15 and no sign so called the restaurant to be told it was just getting cooked ?. Around 9.45 food turned up and all looked good except no satay chicken, seemed like sechuan instead but couldn't be bothered to get it changed. We thought the food was actually pretty good, but then three of us have had vomiting and diarrhoea since 4am this morning. It can only be the food, possibly sitting around for too long (we think maybe the chicken balls but no way to tell?). Not good and has ruined the weekend for them. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was really disappointing.

Ordered approx £80 of food on a Saturday evening for a 70th birthday party. The order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, was incorrect and 3 of our party were up all night with serious food poisoning symptoms. Completely ruined the rest of the weekend as we can’t do anything on the last day, and they’ve had to remain in bed. Have made a complaint to the local food standards agency. From other reviews it doesn’t seem like a one off. Wouldn’t chance it again

I have been coming here for almost 30 years but will never return after my recent experiences.4 out of the last 5 takeaway orders have all been wrong in one way or another.1) Ordered king prawn with beansprouts happy meal, but received sweet & sour battered chicken happy meal.2) Ordered mixed vegetable curry & fried rice, but received mixed vegetable chow mein.3) Ordered chicken in black pepper sauce, but received beef.4) Last but not least, ordered over phone at 5pm, told it would be 10-15 mins so got there for 5:10. Stood there waiting whilst people came & went with their takeaways, waited until 5:50pm before they even acknowledged me & the fact they had given my takeaway order to someone else by accident. Instead of sorting this out for me immediately, they waited for that person to return with the food & then took their carrier bag into the kitchen. I could see them swapping things over between bags etc & after being stood there for almost an hour by this point, finally being handed my bag containing items which were almost cold & a dish containing mushrooms that I had requested no mushrooms in.There are only 2 of us with very simple orders each time, I cannot understand why these issues keep happening to us.The food came wrong whether ordered in person/ over the phone or online.I cannot trust them to get the orders right anymore & I will be going elsewhere in future.

Absolutely terrible! Had takeaway, delivery was quick but food was disgusting, they had sent the wrong order for my wife who could have ended up in hospital because of food allergies - chillies. The lamb looked like it had been cremated not deep fried even the dog who will eat anything turned his nose up. Forgot part of the order. First time and last time for us, cost £48.00 and most ended up in the bin.

We had a takeaway which arrived in really quick time and piping hot.The food was fresh and tasted amazing the best I've had in along time really good sized portions as wellWe will definitely order from here again!

Ordered a meal and the really pleasant delivery lady apologised about only having half a portion of prawn crackers and said “ we will give you more next time”. Fast forward 20 minutes and she delivered the remaining crackers. Exceptional service and really pleasant 5 stars.

I ordered a takeaway from here included a special rice dish described on the menu as vegetable rice. The meal arrived on time and the food was generally ok, I discovered the vegetable rice had both cashew nuts and egg in that were not included on the description. My friend is a vegan so could not eat the rice so I requested a replacement. I was told it was my fault as I should have known there was egg in there and asked for it to be taken out when I ordered. I said I ordered vegetable rice, egg is not a vegetable, why would I ask for egg to be taken out of a vegetable dish?I found the manner on the phone unhelpful, rude, accusatory. The phone call went on for ages further disrupting the meal, I said I need to get off the phone. They called back and reluctantly agreed to replace the dish when their driver was available. This arrived over an hour after the original meal so the whole meal was disrupted. No apology was received, you might hope for a complimentary bag of prawn crackers or can of coke in this instance but nope. Just requested the original rice back at the door. Why? Is this being fed to someone else?

Used to be a regular customer till I moved away 8 years ago. Revisited today and the food was still good, hot and generous portions. They seem to me solely concentrating on takeaway as the dining room has shrunk by 50%.

SCREMED AT OVER THE PHONE AND OFFERED NO REFUND Food took 45 mins longer than I was told, no apology for that. I was told that my food had been sitting on the surface waiting for the delivery driver when I called, 25 mins later it arrived cold and soggy. Called to say the crispy chicken was cold and no longer crispy, was told that the crispy chicken would not come crispy anyway ? while an angry man screamed about it in the background. Was told that the food always arrives soggy and the fact that it had been sitting on the side and was 45 mins late had nothing to do with it. After the screaming and refusal to admit any fault I was offered some prawn crackers to make up for the inedible food in the bin and the 1 hour 30 minute wait. They clearly don't care if customers return, get screamed at or are served inedible food. Will report to trading standards as misleading delivery times seem to be a pattern along with cold soggy food, all of which indicates they are taking peoples money under false pretences and refusing to give it back when the customers are left with no food and minus money
