Ordered a meal and the really pleasant delivery lady apologised about only having half a portion of prawn crackers and said “ we will give you more next time”. Fast forward 20 minutes and she delivered the remaining crackers. Exceptional service and really pleasant 5 stars.
I ordered a takeaway from here included a special rice dish described on the menu as vegetable rice. The meal arrived on time and the food was generally ok, I discovered the vegetable rice had both cashew nuts and egg in that were not included on the description. My friend is a vegan so could not eat the rice so I requested a replacement. I was told it was my fault as I should have known there was egg in there and asked for it to be taken out when I ordered.
