Have taken my elderly mother here several times & she absolutely loves it especially the very friendly staff. It is the sign of a good place when the owners takes the time to come & have a chat with you & not just a quick hello but 5-10 minutes. “We went as a couple and had a Small Carvery and a Plant Based Chicken main course. The choice of help yourself vegetables and accompaniments was really good and it all seemed fresh. The roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese were especially nice. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We didn't have room for a pudding but there was a reasonable selection available on the menu.When we visited there was a set menu option for either a two or three course meal, each giving around a 20% discount. If you know you'll want dessert at the time of ordering then this seems a good option. We'll definitely visit the Young Vanish again.”
