Cafe • “Took our Mum out for afternoon tea. Five of us and it was excellent. Too much to eat so took some cakes home in a box they provided. Delicious little bread rolls with lovely toppings, cheese scones with cream cheese and chutney, blueberry scones with clotted cream and jam, and a lovely selection of little cakes, all washed down with excellent pots of tea. Very friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit.”

“Visiting a friend who recommended we come for breakfast....scrambled egg, bacon and beans with thick bloomer toast.The place is beautifully decorated and furnished but it was a beautiful morning so we are in the secret garden....a tranquil place indeed.The food was delicious and well cooked...the portions were ample and the scrambled eggs were the best I have had in quite a few years.It wasn't cheap but it was great quality,delicious food in a great venue”
