Ordered 10 piece bucket with fried for £18.99 after waiting at the drive thru for 10 mins we left, get home and realise they only gave us 7 pieces, as if the 10 pieces wasn't already a rip off for that

My goodness what a miserable lady on the drive through. She sounded so bored and fed up and her face matched when we drove to the window. It takes nothing to be nice. I hope she has a better day

Was shocked I ordered chicken got it after 30 mins waiting was basically throw into the car spilting the bag chicken very greasy bix split gravey everywhere corn on the cob was at bottom of box covered in grease will not go back or recommend very surprising they are still in business good look if you

Had a KFC from duckmanton this evening, the chips were burnt the coating was very salty, we spent 25 pounds an it was a total waste of money, this is without a dowt the last time we ever go to KFC

The buliding was freezing we decided to take out and sit in the car. The order was wrong. The fries just tasted of salt. Will not be going again.

Good place if you want to park up to get your items as there is adequate parking spaces. With it being drive through also, the service wasn't the quickest even though there was a nearly empty seating in the establishment.That aside, the guys and girls there were polite, curtious and doing the best that they could do with the food being hot and tasty in the process. Will definitely go back the next time I fancy KFC. The location is great being just of the junction 29a of the M1 motorway.

This place isn't able to cope at peak with dine in, drive thru and app deliveries. The kitchen looks too small and is completely unable to keep up. Staff are basically stood around waiting and I feel sorry for the ones who will get abuse. We waited 40 mins for our food and the parking is 75mins or an £100 fine. This basically left us about 25 mins to throw the food down us.It's probably fine here if you aren't at peak times
Only a few customers in and took everyone ages to get served their food. Snails pace is an understatement.Woman behind the till who serves the food just stood there waiting for the to come down with her finger in her ear looking like she was searching for something alot deeper that's when I made myself heard about "don't serve my food after you've had your finger in your ear"Trilogy box meal, cold popcorn and fillet due to waiting for the zinger fillet for the burger. The drink was alright though ?
