Exceptionally slow service!Only ordered 1 thing in the drive-through and got asked to pull into a bay.Was sitting for over 20 minutes!!

Went here today and spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. From 8.15 until 8.45pm. Not a huge queue,just an exceptionally slow and inadequate service. Was given the wrong drink and food was cold. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid!

If your on shift tonight 28/3/24.... 7:30pm you should be very ashamed of yourselves. We was served but was left waiting in a bay for 20 minutes then I called by phone to see what the hold up was, and the ignorant girl said do you mind waiting longer we're very busy... finally after 30 minutes our cold food came.... check your cameras it went straight in your bin. ?

As a regular pains me leaving this review but lately there are too many mistakes, long waiting times, staff argumentative (wrongfully) and a manager that ask me what I want to do to sort their mistakes (2 missed items, a subpar sandwich and cold fries). There are good and nice people there but the team that was on service tonight was simply not up to performing basic duties nor apologetic or professional. Very disappointed by the overall experience ? .

Absolutely shocking....food badly wrapped...looked like it was just chucked in the bag... Food cold egg looked and tasted like it was made last and bacon didn't go anywhere near a frying pan.

A McDonald's is a McDonald's is a McDonald's and Clay Cross branch meets the company standards as well as any. I like a maccy dees and so will be visiting
we ordered dinner and not for the first time we have paid for something and they haven't put it in our order

It's nice to go even when children go with their parents they're quite some lady staff are gorgeous and if you're meal us going to be slightly longer they will give you a number and you rake your seat they'll bring your food over It's hot.And you can add more burgers or fries, salad gherkin, etc. But McDonald's is getting very pricey if a family of 6 goes and they're all above age 16 I can see the total meal cost would be in excess of around £100 it's okay for a treat but it will cost you a arm and a leg if you go upto three times per week it would be easier and cheaper to buy the stuff from Asda or Aldi and have a sit down meal with family the only difference is with McDonald's you don't have to wash upParking: There are up to six disabled parking spaces but people who are not disabled do you them and they do not careWheelchair accessibility: There are wide doors and isles to get a wheelchair through.
